Retention and deletion
Wedding content is kept until manual removal during the pilot.
The product does not have an automatic deletion schedule or self-serve deletion page yet.
Current retention posture
Owner accounts, wedding setup records, guest records, photos, thumbnails, hearts, and guestbook messages are retained until manually deleted or until a future retention policy is announced.
Deletion requests
Email support@onedaymanyeyes.com from the owner account email with the wedding name, event date, and whether you want the full wedding removed or specific content removed.
Provider records
We do not promise instant deletion from service logs, backups, Stripe records, or provider systems. Requests are verified and handled manually during the pilot.
